Dockendale/Manx Joint Office BuildingThis project comprised of the construction of a four and one half story reinforced concrete joint office building of approximately 55,000 square feet in area. The contract included the provision of all services including electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, drainage, ventilation, water supply, fire fighting equipment, sprinkler system and telephone installation, external works, covered entrances, car park, roadways and landscaping. |
