Poinciana Hill Office ComplexThis is an ongoing office project is
due for completion in early 2001. The project is funded by the National
Insurance Board of the Bahamas and is to provide approximately 75,000
square feet of office space for the government departments and the
Ministry of Health. The construction is a combination of traditional
concrete frame and block combined with an internal steel frame which
maximizes the usable space within the building envelope. The project is
currently progressing in line with the contract schedule and will be
completed within the construction
budget. |
