Sandals Royal Bahamian HotelThe project comprised of the
refurbishment and renovations to the existing property including, rooms,
corridors, villas and building exteriors. Improvements were made to the
lobby and entrance areas, the main restaurant and beach bar. New
construction included an Entry Gate and Porte Cochere, along with a
complete redevelopment of the main pool and deck areas, the interior
construction of two new restaurants with holding and beach bars and
entertainment area. Mechanical upgrades were made to all air-conditioning
and electrical systems, the installation of Fire sprinklers, a sewerage
plant, a water production plant and Laundry equipment and
facilities. |
