Windermere HouseThe project comprised of the construction of a
20,000 square-foot two-story office building for Mees Pierson Holdings.
The entrance features a marble staircase to the second floor. The
interiors include some individual offices and low rise furniture cubicles.
The executive offices and boardroom are on the second floor overlooking
Nassau Harbour. The project also includes some 5000 square feet of storage
space in the attic accessed by a stairs and serviced by a dump waiter from
the ground and second floor. |
