ARM Caribbean, LTD. possesses full engineering support and CAD services to accommodate any type of installation; from direct expansion (DX), VRF systems, and variable air volume (VAV) systems, to large-scale central chiller plants. ARM Caribbean, LTD. integrates warehouse facilities and in-house ductwork fabrication (5,000 sq. shop with automated ductwork fabrication machinery), thus allowing an efficient and expeditious deployment of labor and materials to meet head-on any construction program challenge.

Our experienced personnel is formed by a group of engineers, professionals and specialists with a combined experience of more than 100 years in the business. We have been involved in various types of projects, such as, Government buildings, Laboratory buildings, High End Residences, Hotel/ Resorts, Casinos, Industrial and Commercial buildings, Retail areas, corporate office buildings, Hospitals, Educational facilities, Server rooms, Residential houses, condo buildings, design-built among others.

With a group of +30 field personnel at all times and we can incorporate more personnel to suit the needs of any project.

ARM Caribbean has Bahamas Professional Engineers as well as members of the Bahamas Society of Engineers. We are registered with the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and the Bahamas Contractors Association. Portfolio also includes Latin and North American clients, as well as European and Asian companies and corporations.
